Match RegistrationDownload Match Registration Form. Match Polo Shirt and T-Shirt designs.Registered Competitors (updated July 20th). Advanced registration is required. Entries after June 1st are subject to availability and late fee of $50.00. No refunds after July 1, 2011. Due to the increase cost from the distributor all entries received prior to May 15, 2011 as an "Early Bird Special" - Polo shirts will cost $60.00 - T-Shirts will cost them $10.00. After May 15th the cost of the shirts will be: Polo Shirt - $75.00, T-Shirts - $15:00 Match registration is at the official Match Hotel on Wednesday July 27, 2011 from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Squad schedule information will be available at registration Match shirts must be preordered. They will be available at registration for pickup.
